(“CONIX”).

Mike Charles, CONIX’s Founder and CEO, started his long-tenured career by providing consulting services to financial institutions. CV Systems will work with Mr. Charles to continue to expand CV Systems’ strong product offerings. All existing CONIX products will continue to be supported for its client base. All CONIX team members will become team members of CV Systems, as the Company continues to add significant talent and engineering prowess to its employee base.
